Dr. Keeling was a scientist who set up measuring instruments on top of a mountain in Hawaii to measure the amount of carbon dioxide in the air. When he died, his son continued the measurements. Mr. Tanenbaum, technology teacher at Cottage Lane School, recently visited Dr. Keeling’s Mauna Loa Observatory in Hawaii.
