They speak with interest and with passion. They are different sizes and shapes and colors. They come from different countries, have different experiences, and speak different languages. But they have a message for you.
They know how important it is to take care of the environment – for the future of plants, animals, and the people who live on this planet. We all depend on each other for survival.
Just listen to the tone of their voices and their sincere words in the videos below. These people participated in the environmental conference I attended recently. Why do you think they want children to hear their message?
In the comment box, summarize their message in just one sentence. What are they telling you? Go ahead. SHOUT IT OUT!
It was cool how you got to hold a lion cub
I thought it was very cool how you got to talk with these people and learn about what they are doing to help. It was also cool how you were able to hold the lion cub.
I learned that everyone needs to take a stand to save the environment. It’s the future that we need to help save, and we need to help make it bright. Let’s all work together to save our home, our planet, our Earth. I also learned that major parts of Earth are endangered, and that we need to protect them, so we can have the beautiful parts of Earth back. HELP SAVE OUR PLANET EARTH!!!!!
It is very interesting that one of Uganda’s sayings is ” children are the trees of tomorrow.” What a powerful statement. This woman is definitely a person I would love to meet!
That was a very powerful message to everyone. The white lions need to be protected.
I loved to hear that people care about the environment and kids future. I learned that baby cubs are going extinct so to prevent that from happening lets take care of are earth.
I learned that if we want to save those cubs then we have to do everything good to the environment .
Wow! I did not know that no matter where people are from, they still care about the world in the same fashion.
The lion cubs were so cute, i never knew that lion cubs were going extinct. Also that i never knew that people were trying to save them from going extinct.
I learned that people in Uganda have sayings that talk about how children are the people that should care about climate change and do something about.
it is so cool that so many people from all over can come together and agree with each other.
It is great how people from all around the world are working together because they want to make the Earth better.
Those cubs are so cute! Lets keep animals around by recycling and looking foward to a better future.
These are very inspirational and they all mean something important. We can all learn from what these people have to say. I also thought that the loins were cute.
Those lion cubs are so adorable! But how did you know that they wouldn’t harm you? were they specially trained or something? when the people that organized the thing were holding the cubs it looked like they were biting and clawing at the people. Do you know if it hurt them even minorly? were the lions to young to do any real harm?
It must of been cool that you were able to be with all of those teachers in one place, all fighting for one cause. Simba was SOOOOOOO cute 🙂 ! I noticed that the women were holding him by the scruff. He was cute, anyway
This is a very interesting message and from all around the world. The lion cubs are so cute and we are grateful for the people helping this species.
