Happy Earth Day on April 22nd!!  ❤️ ☀️ 🌎 🌈 💚 💙 Did you know that the first Earth Day was in 1970 and was created by a Wisconsin senator – by the end of that year the whole country thought it was so important to take care of our Mother Earth!  After that, 20 years later, 140 countries around the WORLD felt the same and came together to make it an international day to remind us how important our Earth is!!

We have so much to be thankful for with our Earth!  How our Earth takes care of us, but our Earth needs to be taken care of too!  We are going to be learning about the ways we can care about the Earth! As always we will also figure out WHERE in the Library we can find books about the Earth!!
