Each time an astronaut goes on a space mission you will notice they have a patch on their spacesuit. These are called mission patches. Mission patches are created by the members of the crew and a graphic designer. This group works together to incorporate the names of the crew, purpose of the mission and symbols that are important to the crew.
You will create your own mission patch for our rocket launch. Just as astronauts do, think about the purpose of your mission. What are symbols that are important to you? Find ideas and look at past mission patches here.
