Red Raider Relay

Friday:  Athletes who are competing on Friday the bus will be at TZHS at 11:22, just after period 5.  The bus will leave and go to SOMS to pick up the athletes their in front of the building.

 

Saturday:  Athletes who are competing on Saturday the bus will be at TZHS at 7:30 at, by the tennis courts.

 

For all athletes not attending the meet there will be no practice Friday or Saturday, please run on your own.

 

 

 

Perl River Relays 4/6/13

Buses:

Be at TZHS for pick up.  You can not be dropped off by a parent.  Bus will leave 15 minutes after the stated time below:

7:20am to Pearl River:  All Freshmen/Sophmore Athletes

 

10:20am to Pearl River:  All Vasity Athletes

 

Between 12 & 1 pm return to Tappan Zee:  Freshmen/Sophmore Athletes returning to TZHS

2nd Annual Flying Dutchmen 5k

This Saturday March 16th , the Tappan Zee Cross Country and Track teams are hosting the "Flying Dutchmen 5k" at Tappan Zee High School to support their programs. 
 
There is a kids race on the track (under 10) at 8:45 and the 5k starts at 9:15.
 
Registration begins at 8:00am
 
The race starts at Tappan Zee High School, goes to the middle school and then we turn around and finish on the Tappan Zee High School track. 
 
$15 for pre-registration and $20 at the race.  T-shirts given to the first 125 runners.  Awards to top 3 overall and top 3 in each group category!  
 
Kids race (under 10) is FREE!  All kids receive a t-shirt and a medal for finishing!
