“A palindrome is a word, number, phrase, or other sequence of characters which reads the same backward as forward, such as madam, racecar, or the number 10801.”

April 21st and April 22nd when written MDDYY are both palindromes

If you write it in numbers using this format MM/DD/YYYY,  two years ago we had an amazing one – 02/20/2020.  This is the only time such a date will occur this century! The last palindromic date happened 909 years ago on 11/11/1111. The next will come in 101 years on 12/12/2121 and after that there will not be another until 03/03/3030.  So we will have to celebrate with our modified dates this year.

Have fun finding palindromes.  Just take any number add the reverse of the number until you get a palindrome!  Check these out from Thinking Mathematically.
