Instructional Coaches plan and deliver differentiated professional development in their areas of expertise, model best practices, vertically and horizontally align curricula, and provide teachers with resources and materials to deliver high-quality instruction for all students. Leadership Teams
A district-wide Leadership Team comprised of administrators and teachers representing each grade level guides continuous curriculum development, alignment and implementation for each of the four core subject areas (English Language Arts, Math, Science and Social Studies), Response to Intervention (RTI) and Technology. Teams review programming, practices and resources in the context of current research on pedagogical practice, state and national standards and District strategic goals.
