All books are due back to the SOMS library at this time! Please look for books in your locker, classrooms and at home. Any lost books must be paid for by check or money order made out to SOCSD. Reminder, eBooks and audiobooks can still be checked out at any time through SORA!
The final meeting of the Spanish Club will take place Today, June 7th. We will bust a piñata, have snacks, and play some games! Hope to see all Spanish Club members at this sure-to-be fun fiesta!!!
The Yearbook club will have their final meeting before yearbooks arrive Today afterschool in room 153.
Tomorrow June 8th is HAT DAY at SOMS. Donate $1.00 when you arrive at school and you can wear your favorite cap or hat… the donations will go to the Penguin Plunge to help four local families with young children who have critical illnesses.
The SADD club will have their final meeting on Thursday at 3pm in room 153.
If you ordered a SOMS Yearbook it will be arriving next week! 8th graders will receive their yearbooks during lunch on Wednesday, June 14th. 6th and 7th graders will receive their yearbooks during lunch on Thursday, June 15th. (June 15th is a half day and we will be following periods 5-9.) Forgot to order a SOMS Yearbook? No worries! Yearbooks can still be ordered and shipped directly to your home. Attention Students: Our final locker clean out will be Wednesday, June 14th during homeroom. All belongings must be taken home on Wednesday afternoon. Lockers will be zip tied shut over the weekend. Bookbags will be allowed Monday through Wednesday next week, however, they will not be permitted on Thursday and Friday due to Regents testing.
