My name is Jessica Lynady (pronounced like “Kennedy”) and I am the new chorus teacher here at South Orangetown Middle School. As someone who was raised in Orangetown I am ecstatic to be returning to this community! In 2011 I graduated Tappan Zee High School and went on to receive my bachelors of music in education from the State University of New York at Fredonia. Currently, I am working on second year of my masters of music education from Boston University.

I am so lucky to be working with the amazing faculty and students here at South Orangetown Middle School. To be able to help students learn, accomplish goals, and create a passion for music is something that I look forward to every day. I look forward to having a productive and musical school year with you all!
