Attention 8th graders going on the Washington Trip. If you have an Epi-Pen and or an inhaler in the nurse’s office, please see Mrs. Keane during study hall or recess this week. Reminder, please PICK UP YOUR MEDICATION from the nurse no later than Wednesday morning if you’re not using your own from home.
The Family Engagement Center is running Battle of the Grades! Whichever grade brings in the most of their assigned food item will win! 6th grade please bring in Mac & Cheese, 7th Pasta and 8th Rice! Please place your donations in the box with your grade in the main lobby.

Our last Debate Club meeting will be on Tomorrow, May 18th at 3:00 in the SOMS Library! All Debate Club members from this year AND ANYONE ELSE who is interested in attending the two-night Youth and Government Conference next November should join us to learn about the trip and celebrate another year of Debating!
A reminder to all current 8th grade NJHS members that their May meeting is scheduled for Today afternoon. All members should check the Google Classroom stream for some important updates and make sure they have already or soon, submit their spring service hours.
The Earth Science Regents Review Scheduled for Tuesday 5/16/23 has been postponed and rescheduled for Thursday 5/25/23
Attention 8th graders! If you would like to run for Class officer or to be a Delegate for Student Organization for TZHS you need to complete an Election Petition to get on the ballot. Please see Mrs. Kukla in Room 323 to pick up a petition. The petitions are due May 26.
Yearbook sales have been extended to Thursday, May 18th! This is the last week to purchase your yearbook in order for it to arrive for your peers to sign. Yearbooks will be distributed during school, the week of June 12th.
