Many of us enjoy watching the birds in our backyard that are indigenous to Rockland County. There are so many birds we never have the chance to see! Watch the video below and discover the beauty of birds from around the world.
Challenge: Research a bird of your choice. Once you have researched and learned about the bird, transform ordinary recycled materials into that bird! Bird structure must not exceed 12 inches in height or width.
Entries should include:
- Student’s name and teacher’s name.
- Name of the bird.
- 3 facts about the bird.
- 1 question about the bird.
All entries must be submitted before Thursday, May 28, 2015.
