Sally Ride was the first american woman in space.Sally Ride was born on May 26, 1951.Sally  Ride  was born in Encino California.She grew up in Califonia.She likes playing games and sports like football and tennis.She is in the top rank in tennis. Then she went to college.She got into a NASA group.She studied very hard.She had  fun learning.Especially when she got an interview.She  was so happy.She worked and worked until she went to space.June 18 1983 she went to space.Riiiiiide Sally Ride!!!!!!!!Sally is passionate.She knows that women can do what men can do and that is why she is an astronaut.she enjoyed going to space.she only went on a shuttle called the challenger.Well if you looked at my poster heard my speech and read all of this I’d like to say:GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!
