Eat health foods
Eat vegetables and do push ups!
I jump on my pogo stick and ride my bike.
I’m going to take a lap and do pull-ups.
Soccer,dance,softball,basketball,bike,and jump on my brother’s pogo stick.
Ride a bike every day and excerise.
I jog with my mother. I LOVE TO EAT VEGGIES LIKE CARROTS!!!
I play soccer and drink alot of milk. In the summer I like to swim.
Lift weights and eat healthy vegetables.
In the summer I swim, in the winter I go on the exercise machines & play in the snow. Its important to drink water & go to bed.
I do swimming,tennis,exersises and I jog to keep me helthy.
I do tumbling, karate nd play outside. I eat vegetables and fruit.
I do gymnastics, soccer play out side and eat fruit
