Today we got unpacked, as we always do.  We did our spelling sort for Friday's test.  Then we read and did all the other stuff we do.  This might be weird, but here is the weird blog challenge: if you were stuck in a cave with hungry bears and couldn't get out, what would you do?

Another thing we did was learn about Ron Garan, an astronaut from Yonkers who is traveling to the International Space Station.  His Russian Soyuz spacecraft launches this evening.  He has a blog and a Twitter account he will be using to communicate while he's in space.  Many thanks to Feroze's mom for letting me know about this!
