Today we went on a class field trip to Philipsburg Manor. We learned what life was like back in 1750 on this working farm. Wow… life was very different 268 years ago!

In our Geometry Unit we have been learning about 2-Dimensional Shapes. Using pattern blocks we learn to fill the same shape with More and fewer?

This week we have been learning the characteristics of triangles and quadrilaterals. Mathematicians have a special word for corners or points of a shape. They are called vertices.
