Tomorrow will be the last day of the Winter Olympics! I wonder how many of you have watched it and have some interesting news to report to the class on Monday. I have done a little research to answer some of my own questions. I wondered why there are 5 rings on the Olympic emblem and why they are always blue, yellow, black, green, red and white. Well, the five rings stand for the five continents that the athletes come from; Asia, Africa, Europe, North America and South America. The six colors are those that appear on all the national flags.
Do you have any interesting Olympic news? Post it here and we will share our news during the week! [nggallery id=17]
