EngineerGirl has been recently rated as a great new website for kids.  It is an awesome site for young students who would like to know about engineering. The site is aimed for girls. However, there is a lot of information that will appeal to both boys and girls.  Check out the “Try on a Career” page to discover different types of engineering occupations.  The site also includes interviews with engineers, resources,  and information on “How to Get There.” Go to the contest section and consider participating on one of their events.
