Lit2Go is a free online collection of stories and poems in Mp3 (audiobook) format. An abstract, citation, playing time, and word count are given for each of the passages. Many of the passages also have a related reading strategy identified. Each reading passage can also be downloaded as a PDF and printed for use as a read-along or as supplemental reading material for your classroom.
Story Nory – Storynory has been giving free audio stories to the world since November 2005. We are a podcast and a website with audio streaming. Some months we serve around a million downloads of our mp3 files (stored on Libsyn). All our content is free.
We are a place to find free public domain audio books and eBooks. You can explore over 100,000 Kindle, ePUB, and audio books using our free bookshelves. Our powerful search engine not only looks hard for free digital books from great sources such as Librivox, Gutenberg, Google Books, and Open Library, but also includes results from Amazon to give you the best choice.

As we begin our Distance Learning Plan, know that it may look and feel different than what we are used to but that we will stay in touch and work together to make the best of this situation. We are so proud of your ability to be problem solvers and independent thinkers and these skills will help you navigate all that you do.
There are a number of widgets (icons on the right side of our screen) to help you navigate to sites more easily. Feel free to use them or whatever makes you most comfortable in finding these resources.
1.) Go to our Dreambox link – Spend some time working on lessons!
2.) Go to Raz-Kids – We’ve created an account for each of you. This is a great website where you will first listen to a book, then read the book and finally answer comprehension questions. Each of you have an account and it is customized to your F & P level. The Raz-Kids level will appear higher, but don’t worry I checked the correlation.

2. Student usernames are first name + capitalized first letter of your last name.
3. Each of you may use the “rocket icon” which we have configured as a default for your password.
Click the document titled Raz Kids Login, if you need to see your username!
If you do not see your name it is because you already have a Raz Kids Account. Please use that account to work in Raz Kids.
3.) Go to Epic – Books for Kids – we have set up accounts here for you, too! This is a great site that has many books and videos. You can find great books to read here and videos to watch as well. We may be using this site to learn new material as our Distance Learning Plan moves forward.
4.) Seesaw – is another way we will be able to help support learning from a distance. We have created accounts for each of you here as well. Your user names and passwords are posted in our Google classroom.
