I would ask, “are you happy to be working on this job?”
I would ask them if they have had experience with the job they are interviewing for.
What experience do you have with this position/job?
I would ask”what skills do you have that will make you successful at this job?”
I would ask is this your dream job
I would ask…” Why would you like to work here?
That’s a good thing to ask, when I read your response, I was nodding my head.
I would ask if this was a job they wanted to do or if they had no choice to try and get the job…I’m only hiring if your happy to do the job >:0 !!! * awkward silence with crickets chirping in the background* :/

To get to know the person, I would ask them what their hobbies are.
I would ask them what their skills are when it comes to this job.
I would ask what could you bring to the company? How would you help our company?
