We can show COMPASSION too!

December’s Word of the Month is Compassion – and what better way to show compassion than to donate food to those in need!

Our community service activity this month is donating “Blizzard Boxes” to Meals on Wheels.

Separately wrap tops and bottoms of the shoe boxes (no boot boxes please) in grocery bag paper in order to make sure contents are easily accessible.

We are welcoming Blizzard Boxes until Monday, December 18th.

A Meals on Wheels representative will be joining us for an assembly to personally receive the cupboards and thank the children for their kindness.

Word of the Month: GRATITUDE

Gratitude is the quality of being thankful; the readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness. To feel grateful is to feel thankful for something. Gratitude is a feeling of thankfulness.
