Today we learned the difference between the words exact and estimate. Write an example of an exact and estimate sentence using measurement. Post your response to the blog.

Example:

The book is about 10cm long. (estimate)

The doll in 6 cm long. (exact)

This week we have been talking about how the characters in the books we read expericence different feelings. We brainstormed many feeling words in class. Try to come up with a new feeling word and post it to the blog.

Goodbye Summer….

I hope that you all had a wonderful, fun-filled summer vacation! I spent a week at the beach with my family. We had a lot of fun building sand castles and playing in the ocean!
