Autodesk Digital STEAM Applied Mechanics is a free iPad app that contains five simple games. Today, students played “Forces” to control one variable to see how changing that variable affects other aspects of the equation. Players used a catapult to lob various balls. We applied Newton’s 2nd Law to this game and to our own catapults built in class.
