The school picture re-takes have arrived.  Those students who had their picture re-taken will receive the new picture packet today during their Social Studies class.

This week is “Remember to Care Week” . This week-long event, hosted by the SADD Club, is to raise awareness about being kind to others and treating people the way you would want to be treated.   SADD Club will be distributing green bracelets that will be given to students during homeroom today.

There will be an information meeting for students interested in auditioning for the CAST of Bye Bye Birdie on Wednesday, December 21st, after school in the auditorium. Please bring a pen or pencil. Please make every effort to attend as all the audition information you need will be given at this time. YOU MUST HAVE A RIDE HOME AT 4:30pm. YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO TAKE THE LATE BUS.

The SOMS School Store Holiday Shop will be open during all lunch periods on Thursday, 12/22.

The NJHS is working with the Legacy X Foodbank to collect food for those in need.  There will be a box in the main lobby, and we are asking you to bring in canned/boxed goods to help local families.  We will be running the food drive through December 22 and a full wish list of food will be posted outside Mrs. Fagan’s and Ms. Condon’s classrooms, as well as on the collection box. Thank you for your generosity!

There will a mandatory meeting on Wednesday, December 21st for all NJHS members. The meeting will be in Library after school. If you are unable to attend please let Ms. Condon or Mrs. Fagan know prior to the meeting.
