Congratulations to seventh-grader Charlie M., South Orangetown Middle School’s New York Jets Upstander of the Week! Charlie’s teachers say that he is “strong academically and helps those who may be struggling. Charlie stands up to bullies by staying positive and treating others how they wish to be treated.” Great job, Charlie!
This is the third school year that South Orangetown Middle School has participated in the New York Jets and Stomp Out Bullying‘s Upstander of the Week Program, which aims to reduce and prevent bullying nationwide. Students recognized receive a t-shirt, two tickets to a Jets home game and a parking pass. #JetsTackleBullying
