Congratulations to sixth-grader Conor W., South Orangetown Middle School’s New York Jets Upstander of the week! Conor’s teachers say that he is a role model for other students and embodies what an Upstander represents. He sees the good in others and shares that positivity with his classmates during difficult and joyous times.
This is the third school year that South Orangetown Middle School has participated in the New York Jets and Stomp Out Bullying’s Upstander of the Week Program, which aims to reduce and prevent bullying nationwide. Students recognized receive a t-shirt, two tickets to a Jets home game and a parking pass. #JetsTackleBullying
