Congratulations to eighth-grader Timothee M., South Orangetown Middle School’s New York Jets Upstander of the Week! His teachers say that Timothee goes out of his way to help make others feel comfortable and welcomed. Both Timothee’s smile and desire to help his fellow classmates and teachers are contagious, and make him a pleasure to be around. Congratulations, Timothee, and keep up the great work!
This is the third school year that South Orangetown Middle School has participated in the New York Jets and Stomp Out Bullying’s Upstander of the Week program, which aims to reduce and prevent bullying nationwide. Those recognized receive a t-shirt, two tickets to a Jets home game and a parking pass.
