The Turtle & Compassion

This month we are “wild” about turtles and compassion! Compassion is our word of the month, and we need to show compassion throughout the day. Listen to John Muth’s The Three Questions.

Leo the turtle shares with Nikolai – “Remember then that there is only one important time, and the time is now. The most important one is always the one you are with. And the most important thing is to do good for the one who is standing at your side.”

  • When is the best time to do things? TODAY!
  • Who is the most important one? THE PERSON NEXT TO YOU!
  • What is the right thing to do?” COMPASSION

Use your “game board” to get started. Comment with compassionate acts that you received, and compassionate acts you performed.  Show others they are loved!

  1. You can’t worry about what happened in the past or what’s going to happen because the most important time is right now. You can’t worry about you’r friends or bullies when there not with you because the most important one is the person right next to you. Do not worry about anything else but compassion.
