The National Junior Honor Society Executive Committee

Aside from Mrs. Beckmann and Mrs. Fodor, the Executive Committee Members are the go-to people for all NJHS questions and concerns.  It is important that each member of the NJHS know who the Executive Committee Members are, as well as their role, so that they can go to the appropriate person with questions and concerns.  

Listed below are the titles and responsibilities of all members of the Executive Committee. The NJHS is a student-run organization, and as such, it is important that each member fully understand what the role of their elected members is. We recommend that all members familiarize themselves with the roles and responsibilities of the executive committee members.

David Kim & Elizabeth Ma, Co-Presidents

Responsible for planning and facilitating all NJHS meetings, as well as overseeing the functions of all NJHS Executive Committee Members.

Jeffrey Finning, Vice President

Responsible for supporting the presidents and taking on their role in the event that they are absent. Also responsible for tracking attendance of all members of the NJHS at meetings and service hours.

Ria Jose, Secretary

Responsible for taking accurate meeting minutes (notes) during all NJHS meetings which will be posted to the NJHS website for all members to read.

Jacob Mallie, Treasurer

Responsible for tracking and managing the NJHS budget, as well as organizing fundraising for the NJHS’s personal account (to be used for the Induction Ceremony, etc.).
