Cottage Lane's first “Peeps in History” Contest was held this month. For the past seven years, the Washington Post sponsors a contest for its readers. Readers create a diorama of a famous scene in history or in current events. The one rule is that all the characters in the diorama must be played by Peeps. Cottage Lane Students were given the same opportunity. From the “Peeps”ecution of Anne Boleyn to the Native America “Peep”le fourth and fifth graders used creative thinking in order to portray an event. Forty-eight students participated in the contest. Stop and view their amazing “Peeps” Projects but no tasting!
