October 24th is United Nations Day, which commemorates the anniversary of the adoption of the United Nations Charter in 1945. For over 70 years, the United Nations has been working to maintain international peace and security, promote sustainable development, protect human rights, uphold international law, and deliver humanitarian aid. Spiritual leaders can also be found on the front lines of peace, and they are naturally tied to the U.N. by their common goals.
“I truly believe the only way we can create global peace is through not only educating our minds, but our hearts and our souls.” – Malala Yousafzai

I find peace when I am with my family or friends because they make me feel unstoppable!
I find peace when I am reading a book. It gives me the peace and quiet I need and in that moment I feel like nothing is more peaceful and that nothing bad will happen
I find peace when reading. It helps me focus and calm down
