The marshmallow challenge is among the fastest and most powerful technique for improving a team’s collaboration, creativity, and innovation. The task is simple: in eighteen minutes, your team must build the tallest free-standing structure out of 10 sticks of spaghetti, one yard of tape, one yard of string, ten mini marshmallows and one large marshmallow. The large marshmallow needs to be on top.

Wow! That’s tall- great job!
Wow that’s incredible! Great job!
Last year that was so much fun! Even though ours fell over, but it was a great experience to learn collaboration! 🙂
The Marshmallow Challenge was so much fun! I definitely learned to have patience, always consider other students ideas, and to always to pay close attention to details. My tower fell over but we worked hard on it and are proud of it.
I remember doing it last year. Our tower fell down but we definetly learned to collaborate with each other. We had a lot of fun too.
Our marshmallow tower was the only one to not fall over but I had a lot of fun making it and collaborating with each other to beat tasks!
