What was the best prank you played on someone or someone played on you?
So today, April 1st, my sister attempted the rubber band over the sink sprayer trick! So my sister thought that she was so clever and sneaky, so she put the rubber band over the sprayer. She was thinking that I would be the next one to use the sink. Well…. she thought wrong. So my mom comes home later this evening and goes to the sink to wash a pan and…….she turns on the sink and screams. I turn to see what was wrong and I see her soaked in water. She had a look of outrage on her face so I tried really hard not to laugh. My mom screams my sisters name. She knew that it was her. (My sister is a bit of a wacko) My sister must have forgot about it. All at the same time we start to laugh! So in the end it was okay, but my sister was disappointed that she did not get me!!!
Nice history lesson! I did not know that was how April Fools Day came about. I don’t know… but maybe the best prank someone pulled on me was, well, lame. Dad told me I had a spider in my hair. Yeah… not exciting…:(
So, normally I do a really lame joke, like put a fake spider on my sister’s pillow. But, when my friend told me what she was going to do, she inspired to play an even better trick. I set my alarm to 6:30, to make sure nobody would catch me and set off downstairs…
To the bathroom! I snuck past my Dad, who was sleeping on the couch (my parent’s have very weird sleeping habits) and rushed to the basement, where in the bathroom’s closet, I found shaving cream. I shook the bottle. There was more than enough shaving cream for my prank! I took the cap off and walked towards the mirror, where I sprayed the shape of a mustache on. Next, I walked up the stairs where my mom spotted me.
“What are you hiding behind your back?” She asked.
“Nothing…..” I said rushing into the upstairs bathroom.
In the bathroom I drew another mustache on the mirror. I also wrote a smiley face and words writing “April Fools! ;p”
When my family all went to the bathroom I smirked. “Best prank EVER!” I thought to myself. But unfortunately, my mustaches now all looked like beards. I guess I’ll try again next year! 🙂
Great history video, did not know that about April Fools Day! The best two pranks somebody was probably from my brother. The first when he put shaving cream on my hands while I was a asleep, and then rubbed a feather on my cheek and under my nose, so when I would itch it I would get shaving cream on my face. Also, (And I think this is the worst) when my brother hid all the toilet paper in my house.
