Crayons!

Think about all the different crayons you have or have seen in the stores.

If you can come up with 10 new names of crayons, what would they be?

Do your research and be sure they already aren’t claimed!!

Ryan’s would be Granze which would be between a green and a yellow.

Mine would be Dazzling Daisies and it would be a yellow with sparkles in it.

We will get back you on Paige’s. She is still thinking!

Hello

Hi Everyone,

Today, I went for a walk with Ryan, Paige and Dylan.  Yes, Dylan took off his Spiderman feeties.  I miss you all and our routine.  So each day, I will do something to keep me in a nice, healthy routine.

What will you try to do each day to stay in a routine?

Calculating Averages

Remember, when we calculate an average (mean), you add up the numbers and then divide by the total numbers in your data.

You can do this alone or with someone.

Calculate the amount of shots you take in a minute from different places, sit ups, push ups, jumping jacks, hopping, jumping a long distance and measuring it… so much more.

I am going to do this with Ryan, Paige and Dylan.  I will give you their info and you can calculate their average! Stay tuned!

Happy St. Patrick’s Day

Wearing green has become a staple of St. Patrick’s Day, but the holiday was originally associated with the color blue.

Fun Fact: Did you know the color of St. Patrick’s Day was originally blue?

It is thought that the shift to green happened because of Ireland’s nickname, “The Emerald Isle,” the green in the Irish flag and the shamrock, or clover.

Use your time today to research a fun fact about St. Patrick’s Day and share with us!!
