One of my all time favorite Library lessons!! This whole lesson was about a ‘bear’y good ‘friend’ of mine growing up!! Winnie… Winnie the Pooh!
We actually were able to DISCOVER about the TRUE story of Winnie the Pooh! Thank you Ms. Eyer for finding those great Primary Documents! This was such a treat!

Assembly Read Aloud:The Most Magnificent Thing by Ashley Spires
The girl has a wonderful idea! She is going to make the most MAGNIFICENT thing! She knows just how it will look. She knows just how it will work. All she has to do is make it, and she makes things all the time. Easy-peasy!? But making her magnificent thing is anything but easy, and the girl tries and fails, repeatedly. Eventually, the girl gets really, really mad. She is so mad, in fact, that she quits. But after her dog convinces her to take a walk, she comes back to her project with renewed enthusiasm and manages to get it just right.

The Color Balls game is a challenging game that requires students to focus their attention on the color of the ball as opposed to the color of the text on the ball.
While the game may appear simple, it can be quite frustrating. In this Color Balls game, many balls of different colors appear on the screen. Each ball has the name of a color on it, but the text may be of a different color.
The objective of the game is for players to click on balls on which the name of the color matches the color of the ball. Players must ensure that the word matches the color of the ball and not the color of the text.
There are 8 levels in this game. With each level, the game gets more difficult to play.
