Cottage Lane’s main hallway is filled with pumpkins. These are no ordinary pumpkins. They are characters from students’ favorite books. The creativity displayed in each entry was overwhelming and exciting. Staff, parents, students and visitors are amazed by the pumpkins. People were willing to purchase these creations. Our image of pumpkins are forever changed. Please watch this video to see our students’ creations.
There were over 100 participants. Each participant received a certificate, a pencil and a coupon to our school store. A big shout out to our PTA for supporting our monthly challenges with the school store coupon. Students can leave their pumpkins on display at Cottage Lane for the 3rd grade parade or bring them home to display. It is up to them. Thanks again!
