Required Info to prepare in advance (preferably by June 10th):
· Need name of student
· Name of teacher
· Name of character – email pictures of desired look extremely helpful (lmesibov)
· Parent contact information – home phone, cell phone and email
· Shirt, pants, dress, shoe size of kids.
SLCT’s pick up date at the studio will be June 15th starting at 1pm. We will pull items in advance and have fittings accordingly.
