Our Student Advisory Council (SAC) had a wonderful first meeting. We have decided this year to sponsor an event that we had done last year to promote our word of the month again.
October’s word of the month is Empathy and our first SAC sponsored event will be SOCKTOBER !!!
When you show empathy you have the ability to understand what someone else is feeling and to know what it is like to be in someone else’s shoes or socks.
To honor the true meaning of the word empathy, we will collect socks to donate to those in need.
Please bring in a new pair of unworn socks by October 25th
As a school we will celebrate this event by wearing our own pair of Crazy socks on October 25th !!!
