CLE Dance Festival!
The 3rd and 4th grade dance festival will be held together on March 2nd 6PM at the Tappan Zee High School Gymnasium. A letter was sent home with all the details. We hope to see you there!
Our 5th grade will not be participating in a traditional style dance festival that first week in March. Instead, they will have the option of taking part in a new and exciting culminating piece to elementary school dance curriculum, the inaugural 5th Grade Dance Showcase, that will take place the week of May 2nd.
Participation in the showcase will be totally optional for our 5th graders. Those students that would like to take part will have the opportunity to work alongside their PE teachers and create their very own dance routine along with their classmates. Students will be able to work on their dance routines during office hours with the PE teachers.
The event will take place during the school day in the gym during the students’ PE periods. Parents and families are invited to attend!
