Cottage Lane’s word of the month, acceptance, encourages students to “shake hands with the world.” Reading books, writing responses and engaging in activities support our efforts in practicing acceptance in school, at home and in the world.
The Student Advisory Council sponsored the “Lend a Helping Hand” project to help us connect with others in our world. The Cottage Lane community donated over one hundred coats and two hundred mittens/gloves. Special thanks to Mrs. O’Rourke for delivering the donations to People to People.
