Mrs. Wagner shared Melissa Sweet’s book, Balloons Over Broadway. It’s a true story of Tony Sarg, the puppeteer of Macy’s Parade. This story gives the reader the sense of creativity and imagination which inspired students to create their own Thanksgiving Day parade balloon. Check out “Balloons Over Cottage Lane.”
